Services and Specialties

I provide individual therapy to adults and adolescents in California, including specialized support for military veterans and those struggling with ADHD.

Therapy may be a good fit if you are experiencing:

I take an integrative approach to therapy that primarily draws on:

  • Mindfulness Based (MBCT)
  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

Our first session is about understanding your goals and building a plan that fits your needs.
